Admission Process 2025-26
Online Admission Form
Thank you for considering SAINT SOLDIER PUBLIC SCHOOL, and we welcome you to our online application service. We hope this service will make the application process convenient and efficient.
- Registration forms will be available ONLINE along with the Prospectus. Kindly log in to our https://www.saintsoldier-cscheme.com/admission
- In case of any problem in the online format, you may visit the School Office between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on any working day. The school staff will assist you in completing the admission process.
- Registration forms are available in online/offline format on payment of INR 500/- for classes Nursery to IX and XI.
- ONLY Registered candidates will be considered for admission.
- Admission is granted purely on a merit basis, regardless of class, caste, creed, or community.
- Admission will be given subject to the availability of seats in all classes.
- There is an entrance test and interview for admission. Admission will be granted based on the criteria laid down by the School Management.
- Kindly note that all the details in the TC issued by the last school attended by the candidate should tally perfectly with ID proofs, as these will be carried forward at our school also.
- The decision of the SSPS Management in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, or rejection of the applications and all other matters related to the admission process will be final and binding on the candidates. No enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this connection.
- Assessment for admission will be done based on information provided by the parent in the registration form and an informal interaction with the child & the parents. [For withdrawal from the school (at any point of time) withdrawal rules as formulated by the school Management shall be applicable.]
- Students coming from schools affiliated to other Boards & not CBSE will have to get their Migration Certificate (M.C.) for admission in class XI only.
- Read all 3 Annexures (Page no. 2) carefully before filling in the Registration form.

- The payment made for Registration & Prospectus is NON-REFUNDABLE. No claim will be entertained whatsoever.

Important points to note before you begin the online registration form: -
- Use your laptop/desktop and avoid using the phone to fill in the form.
- If you are applying for more than one child, please fill separate form for each child.
- Documents required to be uploaded should be below 500 KB in size.
- Passport-sized photograph (.jpg) (3.5 X 5 inch)
- Birth Certificate
- Registration includes a payment of INR 500 to be made online. Payment options come up after the form is submitted. This is non-refundable.
- Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee admission. Please read more details about Admission in the General Information.

List of Documents to be submitted for admission to be considered:
At the time of Registration: Copy of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation of Jaipur
At the time of Admission:
- 1. The self-attested copies of the following documents are to be attached:
- Birth Certificate
- Aadhar Card of the candidate and parents (Father & Mother).
- Previous Class Report Card
- Category of Certificate of OBC/ST/SC, if applicable.
- Original Portal Transfer Certificate (T.C.) with PEN (Permanent Education Number) of Previous School (Not applicable for Nursery admission)
- 2. The latest two passport-size-colored photographs of the candidate, and one photograph each of Mother & Father.
Important
- Incorrect information, if any, will result in the cancellation of the admission, even after commencement of the Session.
- All NAMES (candidate/ father/ mother) should be filled in expanded format, PLEASE DO NOT USE INITIALS / ABBREVIATIONS.
- The data shall be similar in all documents like Birth Certificate, Aadhar, Election Card, Passport, Electricity/ BSNL/ Water Bill, Domicile Certificate, etc.
- Once the form is submitted, no additional documents can be uploaded. In such a case, fresh registration shall be made by getting the earlier registration cancelled/ deleted.
- Incomplete forms or forms without the supporting documents/ illegible documents will be rejected/ not considered for admission. No further communication will be entertained.
- Only Provisional Admission will be granted after the interview/ written test (as applicable).
- The final admission will be subject to verification and submission of requisite documents.
- The offer may be withdrawn in case of any discrepancy on the part of the applicant or undue delay in submission of documents.
No Direct Admission in class X & XII is taken
