Sports & Playground Facilities
Our expansive school playground provides students a dynamic space to engage in various physical activities, fostering teamwork, leadership, and resilience.

The Cricket Pitch is well-maintained with proper turf and nets, allowing students to practice regularly and participate in competitive Inter-School matches. Special Coaching Sessions are organized to refine their batting, bowling, and fielding techniques, ensuring comprehensive and all round skill development. 
Our Handball Ground is designed to enhance students’ agility, coordination, and strategic thinking, encouraging them to excel in this fast-paced sport. Regular Intra-School and Inter-School Tournaments provide students with valuable exposure and competitive experience.
The Volleyball Ground meets professional standards, providing an excellent training environment for students to refine their techniques and compete at higher levels. With expert guidance, students master essential moves like serves, spikes, and blocks, preparing them for District and National-level Championships.

Other than these, we have various indoor and outdoor sports facilities. A huge range of different sports is available that empower students to get the benefits of several sporting styles and varieties. Many students get professional expertise in a particular sport, which helps them to earn medals, appreciation and recognition at the district, state, and national levels.
Our Gymnasium is equipped with modern fitness machines, strength training equipment, and guided Workout Sessions to ensure overall physical well-being. It caters to students of all fitness levels, helping them build endurance, flexibility, and strength through structured fitness programs. In addition, structured Coaching Programs and regular Sports Tournaments help students build discipline, perseverance, and a spirit of sportsmanship. A dedicated team of sports instructors mentors students, ensuring they receive personalized training and motivation to reach their highest potential.

Gym

SSPS provides advanced and scientific gym training to the students free of cost. We train them with the help of a professional trainer and manage their gym time before school hours to get the optimum benefit of the opportunity. The school has 14 stationed gyms for students.
Gyms in schools, often part of the Physical Education (PE) program, offer numerous benefits for students. These include improved physical and mental health, better academic performance, and the development of important social skills.
